3. If you do not remember the email address you used for your account, please skip to STEP 5.

5. if login is not accepted…
6. double check email address and spelling
7. double check password spelling, punctuation, and capitalization
8. If you do not remember your password, or if you are unsuccessful with login after two tries,
9. click “Reset Password” link
   
10. enter your email address
11. check your email for instructions (CHECK SPAM FILTER ALSO)
    
12. DO NOT attempt more than two logins.
    
13. Look up your IP address at https://nordvpn.com/ip-lookup/ and send that number (looks like xx.xxx.xxx.xxx) along with your request for help
    
14. Contact tech support (next tab)

Please consider installing a password manager such as Bitwarden (free), NordPass,  1-Password, or some other reputable manager for security of your information and ease of use. Any of these also allow you to generate unique passwords and store them securely across your devices.
