In this interactive session, educators will explore the Crosscutting Concepts, one of the three dimensions of the Arizona Science Standards.
Educators will explore how the Crosscutting Concepts (CCCs) work in tandem with the Science and Engineering Practices (SEPs) and Core Ideas (CIs) to support student sensemaking. Participants will engage in collaborative activities to deepen their understanding of the CCCs and examine how CCCs progress vertically across the K-12 continuum.
