Description
Description: In this virtual course, participants will learn how to support students learning and growth through the use of the practice of asking questions. Science often begins with a question about a phenomenon, such as “Why is the sky blue?” or “What causes cancer?” and seeks to develop theories that can provide explanatory answers to such questions. Participants will learn tools to support students to ask scientific questions that will lead to deeper thinking about the core ideas in the AZ Science Standards. This course will be delivered utilizing Google-based applications and Zoom.
Cost: $25 ASTA Members; $35 Non ASTA members
