ASTA ANNUAL CONFERENCE RESOURCES
The primary mission of ASTA’s Annual Conference, is to promote best teaching practices in science education. In order to increase science educator’s content and pedagogical knowledge with the intent of increasing students’ science learning, each conference has focused strands.
ASTA’s Annual Conference qualifies as acceptable professional development, as it meets several of the identified sections of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. All sessions cover a variety of up-to-date ideas and information about science education. All sessions include suggestions for the implementation of the materials and information acquired during the sessions.
