DISTRICT registration for select ASTA events
We encourage school districts to register 5 (FIVE) or more teachers using one payment (CC, Check or PO) to obtain a 10% group discount in Conference pricing.
NOTE: If you are an individual teacher, please return to the calendar and select member or non/member pricing
SCHOOLS AND DISTRICTS please use this form to provide needed information for any number of registrations.
- Use this form to provide us with your contact information along with information for each teachers who is included in your group discount
- The District Representative page is for the contact person responsible for registering multiple teachers.
- Enter each attendee’s registration information within part 2 (EVENT attendee). If the contact person is also attending, their registration must be added to a Conference Attendee page.
- Event Attendee information MUST BE to be entered, using one page per teacher.
- Submit form when completed. You will receive an email with all information as you entered it.
- After completing this form return to the District Event Orders Page and select the number of member and non-member teachers you will register and complete the payment process for each category.
- You will be charged appropriate rates depending on the number of registrations
- You may PAY by CC or PayPal
- EMAIL your PO directly to astaexecdir@azsta.org
- MAIL check to:
