Participants will deepen their understanding of how the CCCs, in combination with student-led discussions, support sense-making and explanation in science. The session will include opportunities for attendees to collaborate with peers, discussing strategies and tools for classroom implementation and exploring ways to adapt these approaches for diverse grade levels.
Leverage the Crosscutting Concepts to Support Students with Analyzing and Interpreting Data

Participants will deepen their understanding of how the Science and Engineering Practice of Analyzing and Interpreting Data can be paired with Crosscutting Concepts to enhance student sense-making of data. Participants will discover diverse online sources for student-friendly data analysis and interpretation and gain access to a virtual toolbox packed with ready-to-use classroom resources.
